This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between teams,</p><p>supporting business development activity, managing communication channels, and</p><p>maintaining high standards of customer service and administration.</p><p>The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident</p><p>communicating with both clients and internal teams. Must have strong excel skills and ability</p><p>to work with ERP systems</p></li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Order Handover Support</p><ul><li><p>Prepare and hand over orders to the project delivery team.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Update schedules and ensure all project details are accurate and matching the customers purchase orders.</p></li><li><p>Fill out order handover criteria for project managers.</p></li><li><p>Build the schedules in Fred quoting tool and hand over to relevant team. </p></li><li><p></p></li></ul><p>Quoting & Scheduling Support</p><ul><li><p>Work with our quoting tool to produce quotes for full door packages.</p></li><li><p> Assist the estimating team with quoting and scheduling work when required.</p></li><li><p>Prepare the quoting documents for the estimators to work on.</p></li><li><p>Complete quote updates where required.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong Excel skills and ability to work with ERP systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience in Dynamics 365 Business</p></li></ul><p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate:</p><ul><li><p>Excellent organisational skills</p></li><li><p>Strong time management abilities</p></li><li><p>A positive and proactive attitude</p></li><li><p>High levels of honesty and integrity</p></li><li><p>Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</p></li><li><p> The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</p></li></ul><p>What We’re Looking For</p><p>We are looking for someone who thrives in a support-focused role, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service internally and externally.
