The Event Coordinator position at C3 Technology Advisors is an entry-level, fully remote role aimed at supporting the planning and execution of private B2B events including regional networking events, webinars, and the annual C3 Tech Summit which attracts over 500 attendees. The Event Coordinator directly manages day-to-day coordination primarily for smaller events while providing crucial support to the Events Manager on larger flagship events such as the Tech Summit and Executive Retreats. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-driven, organized, and energized by the process of bringing events and experiences to life. This position requires strong logistical capabilities to ensure timelines are adhered to, event logistics are meticulously managed, attendee and asset details remain accurate, and communications are sent clearly and punctually. The Event Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of the entire event lifecycle from initial planning through to post-event follow-up and metrics reporting. The role involves approximately 25 percent travel during the peak event season between May and November to support events throughout Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and the Chicagoland area, usually requiring short trips lasting 1 to 2 nights.
