EverPro - Technical Product Manager, Invoice Simple (Remote CAN)

We're seeking a <b>Technical</b><b>Product Manager</b> to join the <b>Invoice Simple team</b> within EverPro's Invoicing Solutions group.<br/><br/>As a <b>Technical</b><b>Product Manager, </b>you will own strategy, roadmap, and execution for <b>technically complex, cross-cutting platform initiatives</b>-including shared services, client communications systems, security, APIs, data foundations, scalability, reliability, and internal developer experience. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership, product peers, and stakeholders across EverPro to deliver durable capabilities that unlock customer and business value.<br/><br/><b><b>Responsibilities</b></b><br/><br/>Product Vision & Leadership<br/><ul><li>Define and communicate a clear platform product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs</li><li>Build business cases and strategies that shape the broader Invoice Simple direction</li><li>Own the platform roadmap and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes</li><li>Define and track platform uptime & success metrics (e.g., adoption by product teams, time-to-market, service reliability & monitoring, SLAs, and cost efficiency)</li></ul><br/>Strategy & Prioritization<br/><ul><li>Align initiatives with enterprise OKRs and long-term technical strategy</li><li>Prioritize work based on customer impact, developer leverage, and business value-not just feature output</li><li>Establish clear, data-driven decision-making frameworks and trade-off mechanisms</li></ul><br/>Technical & Customer Understanding<br/><ul><li>Develop deep understanding of Invoice Simple's architecture, data flows, APIs, and system constraints</li><li>Partner with engineering to translate technical opportunities and risks into product strategy</li><li>Act as the voice of internal product and engineering teams, understanding their needs and friction points to guide platform investments</li><li>Incorporate customer, internal team, and market insights into platform investments</li></ul><br/>Product Development & Execution<br/><ul><li>Lead the full product lifecycle for platform capabilities from discovery through delivery and iteration</li><li>Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, data, and GTM teams</li><li>Enable teams to ship faster and more safely through scalable, reusable platform solutions</li><li>Run experiments and validations where applicable to accelerate learning and de-risk decisions</li></ul><br/><b><b>Skills & Experience needed for this role:</b></b><br/><br/><b>Required</b><br/><ul><li>3+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on technical or platform products in B2B SaaS</li><li>High technical fluency: comfortable discussing system architecture, owning service reliability & monitoring standards, APIs, data models, and trade-offs with senior engineers</li><li>Proven ability to deliver platform initiatives that unlock leverage across multiple teams or brands</li><li>Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, product performance drivers, and platform ROI</li><li>Demonstrated ownership mindset with end-to-end accountability for outcomes</li><li>Excellent communicator, able to influence engineers, product peers, and senior leadership</li><li>Experience supporting high-traffic, global or widely used products (e.g., 300k+ MAU)</li><li>Experience making trade-offs between platform standardization and product-specific needs</li></ul><br/><b>Preferred</b><br/><ul><li>Experience supporting web and mobile platforms at scale</li><li>Payments, FinTech, or billing platform experience</li><li>Experience with SMB workflows in trades, construction, or services</li><li>Exposure to tools such as Jira, Productboard, Optimizely, Amplitude, Looker, Heap, or similar</li></ul><br/><b><b>Where:</b></b><br/><br/>This role can be based anywhere in Canada, with the option to work remotely or from one of our offices.
