<p><strong>Executive Assistant to Co-Founder & CEO (Remote – LATAM)</strong></p> <p>We're hiring a top-tier Executive Assistant to operate as a true right hand to our Co-Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role, not administrative support, but operational leverage. You will be responsible for creating clarity, protecting time, and ensuring the CEO is consistently focused on the highest-value work.</p> <p>This role is best suited for someone who operates with precision, discretion, and strong business judgment and can anticipate needs before they're spoken and executed without friction.</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>What You'll Own</strong></p> <p><strong>Time Architecture (Not Calendar Management)</strong><br>You will design and manage the CEO's time with intention, prioritizing what matters, eliminating noise, and ensuring days are structured for impact.</p> <p><strong>Communication Command Center</strong><br>You will manage inbox and communication flow, surfacing what requires attention, drafting responses, and maintaining momentum across conversations.</p> <p><strong>Travel & Logistics (End-to-End Ownership)</strong><br>You will plan and execute all travel with precision, anticipating needs, building detailed itineraries, and ensuring a seamless experience.</p> <p><strong>Execution & Follow-Through</strong><br>You will track priorities, drive follow-ups, and ensure commitments are met across the organization.
