The <b>Executive Director, Global Market Development</b> plays integral role in driving awareness and demand for our portfolio of solutions across the clinical development life cycle, from molecule to market. The individual in this role is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, strategy, and direct staff supervision across our PPD Laboratories services.</h3><h3></h3><h3>Partnering and collaborating closely with stakeholder groups within the PPD business and broader Thermo Fisher where applicable, the individual in this role is responsible for strategic planning; development and execution of tactical programs; measurement; and optimization. The Executive Director provides day-to-day supervision and career development of team members and oversees the area/division budget.
