About the Role

A high-growth company’s CEO is seeking her first dedicated Executive Personal Assistant — someone who functions as a trusted right hand and brings calm, organization, and proactive care to every corner of her professional and personal life. Think of this role as equal parts executive gatekeeper, household quarterback, and personal chief of operations. No two days will look alike.
This person will be embedded in the CEO’s world — handling everything from calendar management to grocery runs, from booking international travel to making sure she actually eats lunch. The ideal candidate is a quiet overachiever who anticipates needs before they’re spoken, thrives on bringing order to chaos, and takes genuine pride in making a high-performing leader’s life run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end. Prioritize, protect, and optimize her time. Ensure she takes breaks and meals.
  • Travel Coordination: Book and manage all personal and business travel — flights, hotels, cars, itineraries, and contingencies.
  • Personal & Household Tasks: Grocery shopping, meal prep coordination, laundry, dry cleaning, household errands including vehicle maintenance.
  • Paperwork & Administration: Handle bills, filing, paperwork, and correspondence. Keep personal and professional records organized and current.
  • Appointments & Wellness: Schedule medical, dental, wellness, and personal appointments. Gently keep the CEO accountable to self-care.
  • Dining & Lifestyle Curation: Source excellent restaurant recommendations, secure reservations, and handle gifting, events, and personal requests.

Personality & Culture Fit

We are looking for someone who embodies the following traits:
  • Overachiever: Exceeds expectations consistently and sets a high bar for themselves.
  • Calming presence: Steady, grounded, and unflappable under pressure.
  • Hyper-organized: Systems-minded by nature; nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Proactive: Always two steps ahead — solutions appear before problems are voiced.
  • Discreet: Trusted with sensitive personal and professional information without question.
  • Good taste: Knows the best restaurants, experiences, and vendors in Dallas.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a household/lifestyle management role strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Dallas (especially the 75206 area) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
  • Comfortable handling both professional and deeply personal tasks with equal grace and confidentiality.
  • Strong tech fluency — calendar tools, communication platforms, and task management apps.

Compensation

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $80,000
