Job Posting: Executive Protection Agent We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Executive Protection Agents to join our team. As an Executive Protection Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-tier security and surveillance services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This position requires individuals with a strong background in law enforcement or the military, exceptional situational awareness, and the ability to respond effectively to potential threats. Responsibilities: Maintain close physical proximity to the designated principal and respond immediately to potential threats. Act as an EP Driver when required. Ensure the safety and security of designated principals and their immediate family members. Safely transport clients and/or family members to events and appointments, utilizing evasive and defensive driving tactics when necessary. Conduct protective advance planning and threat vulnerability assessments as directed by the Team Lead. Respond to emergencies and provide necessary medical operations as required. De-escalate tense situations or individuals at client residences or events and promptly communicate any vulnerabilities or safety concerns. Maintain a professional and appropriate uniform/attire that does not detract from responsibilities. Prepare accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs. Keep the assigned vehicle in clean and safe operating conditions at all times. Assist with protection schedules and team assignments. Operate and maintain protective, operations, and communications equipment. Identify and promptly report any deficiencies or failures through the chain of command. Participate in recurring protective operations training, including firearms and medical training. Maintain a current concealed firearms license as required by the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act/HR218. Additionally: Protect the business' property, staff, and environment by maintaining a secure location. Apprehend trespassers and remove individuals who violate location rules. Report any suspicious incidents to management in detail. Act lawfully while defending the property, staff, and environment. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, building, and perimeter. Requirements: Protective Service Detail (PSD) Training with DOD/Federal Certificate or Dignitary Protection Training with Agency Certificate preferably Post Certified Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement. Minimum of 5 years of military experience with an honorable discharge. Possession of an Armed Security License. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Excellent situational awareness and the ability to respond effectively to potential threats. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
