**Job Summary:**

As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You'll work in a high-volume production environment, utilizing two computer monitors to document information in multiple platforms. This is a full-time, remote role with a comprehensive onsite/virtual training program and job shadowing with an assigned mentor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status
  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
  • Work in a high-volume production environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
