**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting management in maintaining the total interior and exterior appearance of the store, including cleaning and stocking shelves and cases
  • Adhering to all state and federal laws regarding alcohol and cigarette sales
  • Maintaining familiarity with pricing policies
  • Communicating with management regarding any discrepancies in sales, cash, inventory, or other areas
  • Accurately ringing in all sales through the point of sale system
  • Accurately accounting and controlling cash in the drawer to meet company guidelines
  • Helping to monitor competitors' retail gasoline prices and reporting changes to management
  • Protecting company assets at all times, including shoveling and spreading salt on sidewalks and pump islands, and clearing ice and snow from fuel dispensers
  • Maintaining coffee supplies, reach-in coolers, and overall cleaning of the store, including shelves, coffee stations, and cold drink dispensary
  • Checking refrigeration equipment for proper performance regarding temperature
  • Reporting all maintenance problems to management, including accidents, security issues, and other emergencies
  • Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Working in other departments as necessary

**Position Requirements**
