**The Role**

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies, and troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues. You'll also maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, collaborate with team members to improve service delivery, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

**Work Environment**

As a remote call center customer service representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using a computer and telephone headset to interact with customers. You'll be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. You may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
