**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in Nashville, USA. As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sets used for information/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Develop and communicate results to a wide range of audiences, from stakeholders to senior leadership

  • Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
  • Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives

**Essential Qualifications**

  • Four-year degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, economics, or finance
  • Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
  • Proficient in analysis software and applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
