**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights. You'll be responsible for conducting forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. You'll also be responsible for building displays and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, as well as presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Analyze agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and own analyses from start to finish
  • Build displays and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Build, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support business operations
  • Manage projects and tasks to ensure timely completion and delivery of high-quality results

**Measurement and Analytics**

  • Leverage multiple reporting structures and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) for behavior analyses and build/maintain reports
  • Supervise data quality and record accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to summary business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results
  • Apply modern analytic techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights
  • Stay up-to-date with current data science trends and share expertise and best practices with team members

**Required Qualifications & Skills**

  • 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in forecasting and analytics
  • Experience with time series forecasting techniques and modeling using machine learning or deep learning techniques
  • Proficient in Python
  • Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
  • Strong interest in data and ability to observe through tasks and complete whole projects on time
  • Effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced, and ambiguous business environment

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Solid experience in statistical inference and applying statistical rigor to analyses
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
  • Excellent SQL skills
  • Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of proven experience in analytics or data science

**Education**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
