**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our DTOA team as a Performance Analyst. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in providing analytical support for Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce. You'll work closely with our team to develop, manage, and analyze data to inform business decisions, drive growth, and improve guest experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions
  • Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to analyze data and build/preserve reports
  • Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
  • Communication**: Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
  • Process Management**: Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to manage various programs
  • Project Execution**: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines

**Essential Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's Degree**: In a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
  • 2+ Years of Experience**: In an analytical role, with a focus on data analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence
  • Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
  • Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

**Nice-to-Haves**

  • Advanced Analytics**: Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
  • Data Visualization**: Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools
