**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits to resolve complex issues related to network infrastructure, desktop applications, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues using various tools and resources, including web information sites and internal databases.
  • Conduct site visits to investigate issues and install or upgrade equipment and software as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data entry operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, data entry, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including client/server architecture.
  • Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other internet browsers.
  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Specialized certifications, such as A+, Network+, or MCP.
  • Experience with cloud-based services and software.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
