**Your Role at arenaflex**

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service to meet their needs. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, using your skills and experience to resolve customer inquiries and issues. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from medical professionals to health care providers, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
  • Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service through active listening
  • Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive
  • Appropriately and professionally communicating with customers
  • Providing support for Health Care Providers
  • Researching benefit information
  • Handling situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining all interactions

**Qualifications**

  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm

  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
