Responsibilities As a Remote Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of our digital database. Your primary responsibilities will include * Data Entry Transfer data from paper formats to computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. * Customer Data Management Enter data provided directly by customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * Spreadsheet Creation Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without errors, utilizing your expertise in MS Office Word and Excel. * Data Verification Verify data by comparing it with source documents, guaranteeing the integrity of our database. * Data Updates Update existing data to reflect changes, ensuring our database remains current and accurate. * Data Retrieval Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely support to our team. * Data Preservation Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and minimize the risk of data loss. * Documentation Organization Sort and organize documentation after data entry to ensure data is not lost and remains easily accessible.
