Position Summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join the Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Leander. This is a full-time, employed outpatient position within a physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a team-based clinical setting.

Practice Overview

Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Leander provides primary care services to the surrounding community and cares for patients across the lifespan. The clinic is focused on delivering patient-centered, high-quality care. The care team consists of primary care physicians working collaboratively to develop individualized care plans that place patients at the center of their healthcare journey.

Essential Functions

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care to pediatric and adult patients.

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices.

Deliver preventive care services, including wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations.

Collaborate with physician colleagues to support continuity and coordination of care.

Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record in accordance with system standards.

Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives.

Comply with Baylor Scott & White Health policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
