Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial administration across accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payment processing and core finance support activities.</span><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys structure and organisation, but who is also motivated to improve processes, solve problems proactively and take ownership of their work. font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Accounts Payable, Receivable & Credit Control</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Support credit control activity, including chasing outstanding balances and resolving payment queries.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve invoice and payment queries promptly.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt">Assist with preparation and posting of routine journals, accruals and prepayments as part of the month-end process.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Help keep Finance procedures and process notes up to date, accurate and in line with prescribed formats.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Support payroll where required, including liaising with external payroll providers.</span></li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold">Finance Administration</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance Team, including setting up new users for cards, managing utilities and other routine finance admin.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
