The Midway Motors Auto Group is looking for a driven and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our Hutchinson Chevrolet location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by performance and results, we want to talk with you.


As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases, secure financing, and present protection products that fit customer needs. This role plays a key part in both the customer experience and dealership profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Secure financing and lease approvals through lending partners
  • Present finance, warranty, and protection product options to customers
  • Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and compliantly
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
  • Work closely with sales leadership to achieve department goals
  • Stay current on federal, state, and dealership compliance requirements
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-first experience

Qualifications

  • Automotive F&I experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems and finance software is a plus
  • Evenings and Saturdays required
