You will analyze financial statements and marketing data, build financial models, and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. The position plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, helping the organization identify trends, manage risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support business planning and performance management.</li><li>Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and profitability across products, services, or segments.</li><li>Monitor revenue, cost structures, and profitability by product, service, or business segment to identify drivers of performance.</li><li>Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.</li><li>Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and recommend data-driven actions.</li><li>Support month-end close processes by providing analytical insight and variance explanations.</li><li>Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, social, and email.</li><li>Track key marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and support marketing strategies.</li><li>Provide insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting to improve marketing effectiveness.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a closely related role.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>Experience working with both financial and marketing datasets.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in both finance and marketing disciplines, enabling a holistic view of business performance.</li><li>Experience supporting company growth initiatives through forecasting and scenario analysis.</li><li>Exposure to marketing strategy, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.</li><li>Experience building dashboards and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making.</li><li>Comfort working cross-functionally with finance, marketing, sales, and operations teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong><p>This role is based onsite in a manufacturing environment and operates primarily in an office setting within that facility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a professional, fast-paced environment focused on growth and continuous improvement. The position involves frequent use of analytical tools, spreadsheets, and enterprise systems such as SAP, along with marketing analytics platforms and CRM tools.
