Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to create personalized fitness plans for members. Lead group fitness classes and provide individualized instruction and guidance to members. Maintain a clean and safe fitness environment by regularly sanitizing equipment and enforcing safety protocols. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve and enhance fitness services. Collaborate with other departments and team members to promote and market fitness programs and services. Assist with the recruitment and retention of members by actively engaging with them and promoting the benefits of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Provide support and assistance to members with equipment usage, modifications, and proper form to prevent injury. Maintain accurate records of member participation and progress to track program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and provide input on program development and improvement. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a positive and professional work environment.
