Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in/out processes efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
  • Handle patient records and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front office environment.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting.
