This role supports guest satisfaction at the highest level while assisting with staff leadership, communication, and coordination across departments.</p><p></p><h2><b>Essential Functions</b></h2><ul><li><p>Oversee guestroom allocations and ensure reservations are accurately recorded to maximize occupancy and revenue.</p></li><li><p>Assist the Front Office Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling Front Office personnel.</p></li><li><p>Supervise team performance, attendance, professionalism, and overall conduct.</p></li><li><p>Ensure check-in and check-out procedures are consistently followed.</p></li><li><p>Maintain strong communication between Front Office and all hotel departments, especially regarding guest arrivals and departures.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the Sales Department to fulfill client room needs and conduct site tours as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Serve as group liaison for the Front Office, overseeing room blocks, arrivals, billing, departures, and pre-conference meetings.</p></li><li><p>Follow up on VIP room blocks and inspect assigned rooms prior to arrival.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and adjust room blocks as needed for special requests and suites.</p></li><li><p>Review daily departure reports and update records accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Perform daily/weekly key inventory and coordinate results with Engineering and Security.</p></li><li><p>Review Housekeeping Reports to resolve discrepancies before the end of shift.</p></li><li><p>Verify room revenue accuracy before daily close and complete nightly bucket checks.</p></li><li><p>Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient guest service at all times.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>What are we looking for?</b></span></p><h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2><ul><li><p>Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required</p></li><li><p>Previous hotel or resort experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Genuine desire to make a positive impact on guests and team members</p></li><li><p>Outgoing, engaging, and professional demeanor</p></li><li><p>Strong computer proficiency</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand for the duration of the shift</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>Compensation:</b></span></p><p> - </p><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3">Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
