As one of the fastest-growing women’s health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re seeking <strong>Registered Dietitians</strong> to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women with complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, and menopause, thyroid disease, metabolic syndrome, hormonal imbalances, and more.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location: </strong>Fully remote within the U.S.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, laboratory results, and more.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, including offering general movement, sleep, or stress management advice as needed and related to nutrition care.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Employ Allara’s provided nutrition training and educational materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to patient needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Incorporate motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with APRNs and MDs involved in the medical management of your patients.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Certification: </strong>Registered Dietitian with current certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration <strong>(CDR)</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Required Experience: </strong>1-year experience treating patients with complex women’s health conditions (strongly desired).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Independence: </strong>Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Webside Manner:</strong> Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: </strong>Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Skilled in navigating multiple computer screens and proficient in tools such as EMR, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Telemedicine:</strong> Experience is a plus!</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> Must reside in the United States.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: </strong>An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please note: </strong><em>All active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed.
