We’re looking for a

Paid Media Campaign Manager

based in the Philippines to join us as an independent contractor. This is an operational, hands-on role focused on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily across

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and Google Ads,

with the possibility of supporting other platforms based on your experience and client needs.

You’ll typically work across

3 to 5 client accounts

, depending on their size and complexity. We run campaigns across both Meta and Google Ads.  You'll receive full training in our proven campaign methods, and account assignments will depend on your experience and client needs.

Reporting to the Performance Director on each account, you’ll be responsible for campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis. As you grow in the role, you’ll gain opportunities to support client communication and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
  • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies
  • Collaborate with the Performance Director on campaign strategy
  • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Share insights and best practices with your team
  • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion
  • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
