Compensation: 

You’ll earn based on collections with a daily guarantee of $1,600 as you settle into your role. As your patient base grows, your earnings do too—with no ceiling on what you can achieve. 

Qualifications:

  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively 
  • Proactively manage performance expectations 
  • Prioritization of competing commitments and initiatives 
  • Ability to manage up, across and down effectively 
  • Strong verbal and written communication 
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine 
  • State license and malpractice insurance 
  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care

This is a clinical working environment where potential exposure to hazardous waste and blood-borne pathogens is possible. Requires prolonged periods of standing, sitting, leaning, and bending up to 8 hours a day. Will be required to carry, transport, and use tools and equipment.
