font-size: 12pt;">Manage Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project tracking.</span></li><li data-section-id="lumfu5" data-start="864" data-end="972"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading projects using Agile delivery methodologies.</span></li><li data-section-id="1ac325y" data-start="1441" data-end="1532"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans.</span></li><li data-section-id="vnd4wj" data-start="1533" data-end="1597"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.</span></li><li data-section-id="1jq3s8z" data-start="1598" data-end="1672"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working within enterprise GIS and application environments.</span></li><li data-section-id="1gyrqrv" data-start="1673" data-end="1782"><span style="font-family: calibri, sans-serif;
