In this role, you will craft compelling visual content that communicates Sitero's brand, products, and mission across digital and print channels. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to produce design assets that resonate with clinical trial professionals and life sciences executives.</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li>Design digital and print assets including web graphics, social media content, email templates, event materials, trade show displays, and sales collateral</li> <li>Develop visually engaging product one-pagers, brochures, case studies, and white papers that clearly articulate Sitero solutions</li> <li>Create infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex clinical trial workflows, proof points, and product capabilities for target audiences</li> <li>Support the design of presentation decks for executive leadership, client proposals, and industry conferences (e.g., SCOPE, DIA)</li> <li>Maintain and evolve Sitero's brand identity guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints</li> <li>Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to produce optimized creative assets for paid advertising, landing pages, and campaigns</li> <li>Partner with the Product team to support UX/UI needs, including product screenshots, UI mockups, and in-app visual elements</li> <li>Manage design projects, meeting deadlines in an innovative, agile environment</li> <li>Source and manage licensed photography, illustration, and iconography aligned to brand standards</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Requirements</span></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, life sciences, healthcare IT, or technology sectors</li> <li>Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency across both digital and print formats</li> <li>Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva</li> <li>Experience designing for clinical, pharma, or regulated industry audiences is a strong plus</li> <li>Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy</li> <li>Ability to translate technical or scientific concepts into clear, visually appealing content</li> <li>Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) — English is our working language</li> <li>Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment</li> <li>Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus</li> </ul> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:</span></p> <p>Sitero proudly offers an impressive compensation package and benefits, including a competitive salary, paid time off, and healthcare and retirement benefits.</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">EMPLOYMENT TYPE:</span></p> <p>Full Time, Permanent, Indefinite</p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">COMMITMENTS:</span></p> <ul> <li>Standard Hours 40 hours per week, one hour lunch, Monday – Friday.
