Guidewire Digital Lead Developer

<h2>Position Description:</h2> <p id="jd">Join CGI as a Guidewire Digital Lead Developer, where you’ll take the lead on cutting-edge digital initiatives and play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for our clients. In this client-facing position, you’ll provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise across Guidewire Edge components, with opportunities to work closely with PolicyCenter and other Guidewire platforms.<br><br>This fully remote role offers a collaborative and supportive team environment—no travel required—where your technical insight and leadership will help drive digital transformation for our clients.</p> <h2>Your future duties and responsibilities:</h2> <p> Provide technical leadership for Guidewire Digital initiatives, with a primary focus on Edge capabilities.<br>  Lead solution design, configuration, and development for CustomerEngage Quote and Buy implementations.<br>  Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<br>  Mentor offshore and junior team members, ensuring adherence to CGI's SDLC standards.<br>  Support integration and alignment with PolicyCenter and related Guidewire components.<br>  Ensure deliverables are completed with quality and on time, acting as the technical authority for Guidewire Digital.<br> </p> <h2>Required qualifications to be successful in this role:</h2> <p> 5+ years of Guidewire Digital development experience, with proven expertise in Edge.<br>  Strong knowledge of CustomerEngage Quote and Buy.<br>  Experience in a Tech Lead or Lead Developer role on Guidewire Digital projects.<br>  Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter (preferred, not required).<br>  Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to work directly with BAs, POs, and business stakeholders.<br> <br> <br>OPTIONAL: Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required<br> <br>  Exposure to Guidewire Jutro and React front-end frameworks.<br>  Broader Guidewire suite knowledge (e.g., BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).<br>  Experience mentoring distributed teams across onshore/offshore delivery.<br> <br> <br><br><br>CGI anticipates accepting applications for this position through February 3, 2026.<br><br> Other Information:<br> <br> <br> CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
