You'll manage our bank partner relationships, own the P&L for Crimson, and drive the operational roadmap for how we provide better user outcomes (disputes, suspensions, support) and deepen engagement (more deposits and spend). This is a player-coach role: you'll set strategy with senior leadership, but you'll also dig into the operational details when the work demands it.</p> <h2><strong>You're excited about this opportunity because you will…</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the bank partner relationship portfolio: manage our existing partners and evaluate new ones as we expand into new products and geographies.
