The Role We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded Head of Publishing to build, lead, and scale the publishing arm of the business. This is a foundational role responsible for developing our publishing strategy, infrastructure, partnerships and revenue streams from the ground up. The successful candidate will combine deep expertise in music publishing, rights management, and royalty flows with the ability to operate entrepreneurially within a fast-growing music business. Who We’re Looking For This role is ideal for someone currently operating in a mid-level publishing, rights, or music services role who is ready to take the next step in their career. You may not have previously held a “Head of” title, but you have the experience, insight, and ambition to build and lead a function from the ground up.
