This role is highly strategic, involving the identification, development, and management of key relationships with distributors, technology vendors, system integrators, resellers, and ecosystem partners. You will lead a small team of partner managers ensuring the long-term success and scalability of Wire’s partner network.<br><br>Your main responsibilities are:<ul><li>Develop and execute Wire’s global strategic partnership roadmap to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and ecosystem strength</li><li>Build and operationalize a sustainable partner operating model that complements and amplifies the direct sales strategy</li><li>Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners across technology, channel, and priority industry verticals</li><li>Lead the international partner go-to-market strategy across Europe, United Kingdom, Middle East, North America, and APAC</li><li>Collaborate with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to define partner attribution, pipeline visibility, rules of engagement, and co-selling frameworks</li><li>Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic alliances through joint business planning, executive alignment, and measurable value realization</li><li>Act as the central liaison between partners and internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align initiatives with company objectives</li><li>Build and standardize a partnership playbook covering lifecycle management, co-marketing, co-selling, and enablement best practices</li><li>Establish and track KPIs including partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and partner productivity; deliver regular performance reporting</li><li>Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global partnerships team. </li><li>Represent Wire externally at industry events while monitoring market trends, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to inform strategy</li></ul> <h2>YOUR PROFILE</h2> <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Regional Experience across EMEA.</li><li>10+ years of professional experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry.</li><li>Proven success in identifying, structuring, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and market growth internationally. </li><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives.</li><li>Experience in co-selling, co-marketing, and partner enablement strategies.</li><li>Fluency in English & French, and German is a plus.</li><li>Entrepreneurial, innovative, and highly results-oriented mindset.</li></ul> <h2>WHY WIRE?</h2> Join a company that is shaping the future of secure communication and privacy-first collaboration.
