This role focuses on engaging current client partners and net-new prospects through high-volume calling, targeted outreach, and use of available prospecting tools and data sources. While supporting inbound and marketing-driven follow-up as a secondary channel, the Lead Generation Representative is responsible for independently identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities. The BDR plays a key role in expanding existing relationships and building new ones while ensuring consistent, high-quality market engagement.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive pipeline development primarily through proactive outbound calling, with significantly less reliance on marketing-generated leads; leverage available prospecting tools and data sources to independently identify and engage target accounts. </li><li>Execute outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, social media outreach) to identify and qualify Partial Health Systems to add new service lines and expand our current footprint within MROs Curation market. </li><li>Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts aligned to MRO’s Revenue Integrity client partner persona to expand service line adoption and market footprint. </li><li>Respond to and follow up on inbound leads as a secondary channel, ensuring timely and professional engagement. </li><li>Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and readiness. </li><li>Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for sales representatives as appropriate. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM and Marketing system. </li><li>Support targeted campaigns and initiatives by executing outbound outreach against defined account lists. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the BDR team lead, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of qualified opportunities. </li><li>Track outreach performance with a focus on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. </li><li>Ensure all outreach complies with internal policies, client restrictions, and applicable regulatory requirements. </li><li>Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve skills and performance. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills/Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. </li><li>2–4 years of experience in business development, sales development, or healthcare experience is a plus. </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills with a professional, consultative approach. </li><li>Comfortable with high-volume outreach and managing multiple priorities. </li><li>Experience using CRM and Marketing systems (e.g: Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) and standard productivity tools. </li><li>Proven hunting skills with the ability to proactively identify, pursue, and engage new provider prospects through consistent outbound outreach and strategic prospecting. </li><li>Strong project management, organizational skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and performance targets. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Key Competencies<br><br></strong><ul><li>Prospecting and lead qualification </li><li>Relationship building</li><li>Time management and prioritization</li><li>Data accuracy and reporting </li><li>Collaboration and adaptability <br><br></li></ul><strong>Success Measures<br><br></strong><ul><li>Consistent achievement of outreach and activity goals </li><li>Quality and conversion of qualified leads to the sales pipeline </li><li>Accuracy and completeness of CRM documentation </li><li>Adherence to compliance and outreach guidelines </li><li>Positive collaboration and support of team objectives <br><br></li></ul><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> None<br><br><strong>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</strong> Continuous sitting and fine manipulation.<br><br><strong>Travel Requirements:</strong> 5%<br><br><strong>Work Authorization:</strong> Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship<br><br><em>Authenticity is essential to our hiring process. The target salary range for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 plus a variable compensation plan.
