High School Student Director

<h5><strong>Job Description</strong></h5> <p>The Student Director will be responsible for leading the High School ministry and assisting with the Middle School Ministry at the Westlink Campus. Will be responsible for recruiting, training and empowering volunteers so that they can connect with students and families. Will teach at HS Ignite, assist with teaching at MS Ignite and attend both MIX and MOVE summer camps.</p> <p> </p> <h5><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Must have a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is demonstrated by following Jesus in community for others.</li> <li>Must have a passion for seeing the love for Jesus develop in the hearts and lives of the next generation and within their families.</li> <li>Must have experience working with kids or students in some capacity, leadership capacity preferred.</li> <li>Must be able to relate to students and adults, vision cast to volunteers, develop a team and work well within all teams.</li> <li>Must have strong skills in organization, follow-through, attention to detail and oral/written communication.</li> <li>Experience with MS Word and Outlook required. Familiarity and/or ability to quickly learn MS Teams, ProPresenter, Rock RMS and Social Media platforms.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h5></h5> <h5><strong>Position Details</strong></h5> <p>This position is full-time at the Westlink Campus, 2001 N.
