Join the Digital Marketing Enablement - Platform Engineering team and lead the technical product ownership of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Adobe Workfront capabilities. This role is responsible for defining product direction, managing backlog priorities, and partnering with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and platform support teams to deliver scalable digital asset management and work management solutions that improve content operations, governance, and business value.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for AEM Assets and Adobe Workfront, translating business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, content teams, architects, and developers to define product roadmaps, technical requirements, integrations, and release plans.
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital asset management and workflow solutions by gathering feedback, identifying pain points, and recommending scalable platform enhancements.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, change requests, UAT, and production support for AEM Assets and Workfront, ensuring strong governance, system reliability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques to identify stakeholder needs, define requirements, and deliver value through AEM Assets and Workfront solutions.
  • Extensive experience analyzing technical and business tradeoffs, prioritizing roadmap items, and making sound product decisions based on data and stakeholder input.
  • Extensive ability to communicate product vision, requirements, priorities, and technical constraints clearly across business, engineering, and leadership audiences.
  • Extensive experience managing platform enhancements, defects, and change requests across enterprise digital platforms and integrated workflows.
  • Working knowledge of software engineering principles, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise platform delivery to effectively partner with development teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of incidents, defect, and problem management practices for enterprise applications, with the ability to coordinate root cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital asset management, workflow orchestration, content lifecycle, and business operations to define product vision and maximize platform value.
  • Working experience planning, coordinating, and validating UAT for platform releases, integrations, and workflow changes to ensure business readiness and quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years) in digital platforms, product ownership, or related roles, with proven success operating in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets and Adobe Workfront, including platform capabilities, configuration, workflow optimization, and user adoption.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and competing priorities across business and technology organizations.
  • Experience using Agile delivery and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms to manage backlog, releases, and team execution.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, metadata models, content lifecycle management, and governance practices relevant to AEM Assets and Workfront ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of incident management, release planning, and production support processes for enterprise software platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder management to align platform investments with business objectives.
  • Experience designing and coordinating UAT and rollout activities for enterprise platform enhancements and workflow changes.
  • Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and external implementation partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, empower teams, and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern digital platform delivery practices.
  • Background in information technology, digital asset management, marketing technology, or enterprise content platforms.
  • Product Owner certification or equivalent Agile product management experience preferred.
