Role Description
The Payroll Associate supports onboarding and new hire processes for a large project based in Fargo, ND, with a strong focus on union payroll. - Enter, update, and maintain employee and onboarding data in payroll systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Set up new hires in the payroll system, including union classifications, pay rates, and any applicable deductions or benefits tied to union agreements.
- Process union payroll in compliance with applicable union rules, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
