We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Home-Based Customer Care Consultant to support our clients in the banking and telecom industries. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional service while working from home, assisting customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers for various banking and telecom-related inquiries, including account information, billing questions, technical troubleshooting, and service updates
  • Account Management: Assist customers with account setup, updates, and management, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure complete resolution of problems
  • Technical Support: Offer basic troubleshooting for telecom products and services (e.g., mobile devices, broadband, etc.)
  • Billing Support: Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain account statements clearly to customers
  • Customer Retention: Focus on building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction to drive loyalty
  • Multichannel Support: Assist customers through phone, email, or live chat channels, maintaining professional communication across all platforms
  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and quality assurance

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in banking, telecom, or related industries
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with patience and professionalism
  • Good problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and communication tools
  • Basic knowledge of banking or telecom products and services (preferred, but not required)
  • Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries at once
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional environment for taking calls
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
