Job Overview

Are you ready to be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps power Amazon’s global fulfillment engine? As a Remote Fulfillment Assistant (also known as a Home Office Hero), you’ll work from home to support Amazon’s warehousing and delivery operations. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about operational excellence—without ever needing to step foot in a warehouse.

Your role will ensure orders are accurately tracked, delivery flows remain smooth, and operational issues are escalated quickly—all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor order statuses and coordinate with Amazon Fulfillment Centers
  • Assist in resolving order errors, inventory issues, and shipment exceptions
  • Provide support to warehouse teams virtually through Amazon’s internal tools
  • Manage data entry and real-time updates to logistics dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (inventory, delivery, customer service)
  • Identify and escalate operational bottlenecks or unusual order activity

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience in fulfillment, logistics, operations support, or virtual coordination is a plus
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, dashboards, and Amazon-specific tools (training provided)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a U.S. resident with reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings if required
