Job Type: Part-time (with room to grow)

Schedule: Flexible — minimum 3 days/week, 6–8 hour shifts

About ARTHA

ARTHA is a wellness studio centered on yoga and intentional recovery — saunas, Red Light Beds (RLB), float tanks, and other high-touch modalities. Our studio moves at the pace of the people in it, and the Host is the person who makes that pace possible.

About the Role

As a Host, you are the first impression and the quiet pulse of the room. You set the tone every guest feels the moment they walk in, and you keep the space clean, calm, and ready so every treatment can do its job. This is a hands-on, on-your-feet role that blends hospitality, light cleaning, and guest education.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Reset therapy rooms between every appointment — Saunas, Red Light Beds, float tanks, and other treatment spaces cleaned and prepared to ARTHA's standard.
  • Keep common areas guest-ready — Hallways, restrooms, and flow zones tidy and welcoming throughout your shift.
  • Greet and guide guests — check guests in, walk them through their service, answer questions about our offerings, and handle bookings.
  • Protect the yoga experience — move quietly and intentionally, especially around classes, so the practice on the mat is never disturbed.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, spa, hotel, restaurant, or other high-touch service.
  • Reliability and strong attention to detail — you notice the smudge on the mirror before a guest does.
  • Calm, composed energy — you can multitask under light pressure without losing your cool.
  • Clear, direct communication and sound judgment.
  • Comfort learning booking platforms and coordination tools quickly.
  • Genuine interest in wellness, community, and creating space for others.
  • Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week. Night availability strongly preferred — we're specifically looking to fill evening shifts.

What You Get

  • From $18/hour to start.
  • Flexible schedule built around your availability.
  • Complimentary access to select wellness services (after training period).
  • Discounts on services, retail, and community events.
  • Employee discount across the studio.
  • Real growth — we're a purpose-driven, evolving brand, and Hosts who want more responsibility have a clear path to it.

Benefits:

  • Employee discount
  • Flexible schedule

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
