Position: House Manager / Executive Housekeeper
Location: Miami Beach, FL

Our client is seeking an experienced, professional, and discreet full-time House Manager/Executive Housekeeper to join their household in Miami Beach, Florida. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the home in a tidy condition while overseeing overall care of the household. This position is open to local candidates who prefer to live-out.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily in-home service to principals, including tidying and support with personal needs
  • Maintain inventory and stock the home with household essentials, groceries, and preferred items
  • Assist with laundry and wardrobe care
  • Run errands such as dry cleaning, returns, pharmacy pickups, and other personal tasks
  • Support the private chef with food shopping and kitchen organization including meal service and clean up
  • Support the private chef with serving and other tasks he/she designates
  • Receive and organize incoming deliveries (packages, groceries, supplies)
  • Maintain general cleanliness and organization of household areas in collaboration with housekeepers
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and other household staff as needed
  • Assist with adhoc projects as needed within the household
  • Maintain exceptional 5-star standards throughout the residence, delivering discreet white glove service and ensuring an elevated experience for the principal, family, and guests at all times.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of similar experience
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude at all times
  • Flexibility to travel seasonally and adapt to different locations. 
  • Excellent, verifiable references 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.  
  • Yacht Industry Experience is a plus
