About Our Family

We are a busy, loving family newly settled in Las Vegas, seeking someone who can help bring balance and harmony to our hectic lives. Our family includes two energetic boys, ages 11 and 9, who are both passionate about sports and other activities, and two playful dogs. We prioritize quality time and creating a nurturing, warm environment where everyone feels supported.

Mom works part-time from home, while Dad holds a high-demand job that often requires travel and unpredictable hours. We're looking for someone who can serve as Mom's “right hand,” not only helping manage the household but also supporting the boys and coordinating our busy schedules. This role is about more than just managing tasks; it's about becoming a trusted partner in all aspects of our home, freeing up time for the family to focus on what matters most—being present together.

We are looking for someone who cares deeply about the family and is ready to be more than just a contractor. We want someone who will seamlessly integrate into our routine, anticipate needs before they arise, and manage the "invisible labor" of the household, allowing us to thrive as a family.

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive, organized, and empathetic individual who's ready to be a true partner in our home. The ideal candidate will:

  • The Ultimate Proactive Thinker: You see what needs to be done before anyone else does. Instead of asking “What should I do?”, you take action with “I noticed this, so I took care of that.” You're always one step ahead, managing the flow of the home effortlessly.
  • High EQ & Discretion: You understand the rhythm of our family dynamics—knowing when to step in and when to give space. Your ability to read the room and provide the right balance of engagement and quiet support is key to maintaining harmony at home.
  • Driven & Organized: You find satisfaction in creating order, whether it's through managing schedules, keeping systems running smoothly, or tidying up. You thrive on ensuring everything is in its place, from a labeled bin to a cleared inbox, and you take pride in making everything function seamlessly.
  • Flexible & Reliable: You're calm under pressure and can handle last-minute changes without a hitch. We rely on you to stay adaptable while providing consistent, dependable support when we need it most.
  • Warm & Approachable: You bring a friendly, welcoming presence to our home, making everyone feel at ease. While you maintain professionalism, your genuine warmth makes you an approachable, integral part of the family.
  • Sense of Humor: Our home is full of energy, and you know how to keep things light. You'll bring positivity and fun to the chaos, always helping to maintain an upbeat atmosphere, even during the busiest moments.
  • An Eye for Detail & Beauty: You have a “hospitable heart.” Whether it's adding fresh flowers, setting a beautiful table, or creating a calming atmosphere, you take pride in making our home feel warm, inviting, and thoughtfully curated for both us and our guests.
  • Discreet & Trustworthy: You are someone we can trust with the keys to our home and the “keys” to our lives. You handle sensitive matters with the utmost professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and care in all aspects of your work.
  • The “Partner” Mindset: You're here to support Mom in every way possible—acting as a sounding board, anticipating needs, and helping to make her day-to-day easier. Your role is as a true partner in the household, helping to manage both the visible tasks and the invisible labor.
  • Experience: Previous experience in household management, personal assisting, or high-level hospitality is key to this role. You know how to manage everything from projects to logistics while maintaining a smooth-running household.
  • Comfortable with High-Energy Kids & Pets: You're at ease with the fun and energy that come with two active boys and two playful dogs. You enjoy being around kids and animals, helping everyone feel comfortable and supported.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You're a great communicator who keeps everyone in the loop. We love getting a quick “end of day” update text to keep things organized, and we appreciate your ability to stay connected and on top of everything.
