<h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p>DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Partner with business unit leadership and management teams to improve organizational effectiveness by diagnosing issues in the workplace and identifying appropriate strategies to resolve problems, improve team performance and effectiveness, and development of people strategies that support the business needs.</li><li>Serve as a trusted <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">advisor/resource/consultant</span> to leaders and employees in all HR areas including employee development, employee relations, recruitment and selection, diversity and inclusion, policy and procedure interpretation, performance management, workforce development, and change management.</li><li>Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business unit leaders (coaching, counseling, career development, corrective action, etc.).</li><li>Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal team as needed/required.</li><li>Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business unit leadership and other internal HR team members to develop solutions, programs and policies.</li><li>Maintain effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, strategic plans, and culture.</li></ul><p>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</p><p>· Experience:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. HR certification preferred,</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a HR role</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build effective work relationships with all levels within the organization required.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees.</li><li>Must be able be hands-on and think strategically and execute tactical project plans.</li><li>Strong ability to exercise discretion, judgement, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.</li></ul><p>· Other Skills:</p><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills</li><li>Demonstratable ability to build long term relationships and trust with managers, teams, and applicants.</li><li>Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li></ul><p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p><ul><li>Normal office environment</li><li>Extending viewing of computer screens</li><li>Some overnight travel may be required</li></ul><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p><ul><li>Spends time at a computer workstation and desk.</li><li>Moves throughout department or other locations to access or exchange information.</li><li>May involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs. and being able to remain in a stationary position.</li><li>May involve lowering oneself to file, and reaching, twisting or turning.</li><li>Involves handling office materials, typing, writing and other tasks that require manual dexterity.</li><li>Continuous listening.</li><li>Ability to communicate information.</li><li>This job may require accommodating different bodily movements and physical abilities</li></ul><p></p><h1><b>About Us</b></h1><p></p><p>Momentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
