We are looking for a dynamic and efficient HR Executive to join our team at our corporate office located on Tonk Road. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent while providing a seamless and positive experience for new hires. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about recruitment and talent management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role specifications
  • Organize and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, and assess candidates for skill fit and cultural alignment
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from the moment they apply through to the final offer and onboarding
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, induction, and training schedule planning
  • Provide support to employees throughout their probation period, ensuring they are well-integrated into the organization
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interview notes, and hiring decisions
  • Develop and update job descriptions, recruitment policies, and other HR documentation as required
  • Work closely with other HR team members to manage employee engagement, retention, and performance review processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during hiring and onboarding

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and onboarding
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates based in or near Tonk Road, Jaipur are preferred
