Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Operations & Benefits Specialist to support a U.S.-based workforce, delivering efficient employee services across the full employee lifecycle. This role requires familiarity with U.S. HR practices, including benefits administration, employee services, leave management, and compliance.

You will serve as a key point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring timely and professional support while maintaining accurate employee data in Workday.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with U.S. employees and management on a regular basis, maintain a professional phone manner, and effectively resolve HR-related queries with a proactive, service-oriented approach.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for U.S. employees, resolving HR and benefits-related queries with accuracy and professionalism
  • Manage end-to-end benefits administration, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and related coordination
  • Handle leave of absence processes, including tracking, documentation, and coordination with payroll and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. HR requirements (e.g., I-9, unemployment claims, garnishments, reporting obligations)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure overall data integrity across HR systems
  • Support Total Rewards activities, including ESPP, benefits processes, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and ensure alignment with U.S. employment requirements
  • Contribute to HR reporting, dashboards, and service tracking to support operational visibility
  • Support learning and development activities, including coordination and tracking of training programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance overall service delivery

Job Specifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources from a renowned University.
  • Native or near native‑ English fluency, both written and spoken, with advanced professional communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, benefits, or employee services (U.S. or international exposure preferred)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including employee lifecycle, benefits, and compliance
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT, Mon–Fri)
