This role will cover recruitment, operations, onboarding, HR administration, and employee experience, while also contributing to HR initiatives across the broader organization as needed.</p><p dir="auto"></p><p dir="auto">This is a hands-on role that blends recruiting with day-to-day people operations. You will work closely with the HR & Talent team and operate with a high degree of autonomy.</p><p dir="auto"></p><p dir="auto"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p dir="auto"><em>Recruitment</em></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Own recruiting and coordination: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pipeline management</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Conduct interviews</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Manage job postings, candidate communications, and ATS (Kula) hygiene</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Support hiring managers with interview scheduling and debrief coordination</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><em>HR Operations & Administration</em></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Serve as a point of contact for employee and contractor HR inquiries across the organization</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Support onboarding workflows for new hires: documentation, system access, orientation scheduling</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Assist with payroll coordination and contractor payment tracking</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Maintain employee records, track PTO, and support offboarding processes</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Help coordinate benefits administration and compliance-related tasks</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><em>People & Culture Initiatives</em></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communications</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Support the rollout of HR policies and processes</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Assist with workforce analytics, reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects as needed</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul dir="auto"><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">3–5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, People Operations, or a generalist role</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) – this is a fully English-speaking organization</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Experience with recruitment operations: sourcing, screening, ATS management</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Familiarity with HR fundamentals: onboarding, payroll basics, benefits administration</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Experience working in distributed or remote companies across multiple time zones</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Comfortable with HR tools and platforms (experience with Gusto, Deel, or similar is a plus)</p></li><li dir="auto"><p dir="auto">Self-starter mentality – you will operate with significant autonomy</p></li></ul><p dir="auto"></p>
