<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p><div><div><p><span><span>Penn Mutual is seeking an </span><span>experienced HRIS </span><span>leader to</span><span> mature our HR systems strategy </span><span>leveraging</span><span> Workday HCM at its core.  </span><span>You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Human Resources technology ecosystem</span><span> by ensuring </span><span>systems are effectively meeting the needs of the organization, improving HR processes and providing strategic insights from HR data.</span><span>  This position is 100% remo</span><span>te. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide vision and direction for the HRIS </span><span>function to</span><span> align with the organization’s strategic goals and needs.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Champion initiatives to enhance the employee journey and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Drive continuous improvement and functionality within system capability, monitoring and recommending Workday updates that improve HR process and improve self-service functionality</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Oversee the configuration, </span><span>maintenance</span><span> and performance of Workday, ensuring its reliability, </span><span>stability</span><span> and security.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Lead and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations, </span><span>upgrades</span><span> and integrations with other systems. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span> and implement process improvements within </span><span>Workday</span><span> to enhance efficiency and user experience. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensure the accuracy, </span><span>completeness</span><span> and security of data within Workday and other HRIS systems.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure that Workday effectively supports the organization. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Create, </span><span>maintain</span><span> and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications</span><span>.
