<h2>Job Description</h2><div><div><p>Human Resources – Talent Manager</p><p><br /></p><p>Location: London</p><p>Duration 6 months</p><p><br /></p><p>Job Description</p><ul><li>Delivery of end-to-end recruitment Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle for reactive L8 & L9 vacancies, both internal and external, from initial role briefing through to successful offer & onboarding</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal skills & experience</li><li>Create and post compelling job advertisements that represent our Employer brand across multiple platforms to attract quality talent</li><li>Conduct a thorough interview process aligned with the skills and experience required for the role.</li><li>Provide feedback to both candidate and manager</li><li>Manage candidate communication and experience to ensure timely, professional, and engaging interactions.</li><li>Fully maintain all information in the ATS ensuring candidates are moving through the correct stages and all notes are accurate and up-to-date</li><li>Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.) to inform process improvements</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Stakeholder Management</p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for hiring managers and business stakeholders throughout the recruitment process</li><li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to align talent acquisition efforts with business needs</li><li>Work closely with Sourcing Manager to activate pipelines and market insights in order to mitigate business risk and drive data based decision making</li><li>Provide regular updates and feedback loops with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Educate and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with HR Lead to stay abreast of talent movements in order to effectively plan for proactive or reactive vacancies</li><li>Proactively manage expectations and address challenges or delays in the recruitment process with clear, solutions-oriented communication</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Talent Roadmap & SPOC areas</p><ul><li>Support the design and execution of strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned to broader HR and organisational goals and objectives</li><li>Collaborate on process improvement projects to enhance recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and quality of hire.</li><li>Drive or support system implementations by fostering team engagement, providing training and guidance, and promoting best practices to ensure systems are fully adopted and utilized to their maximum potential</li><li>Maintaining systems & providing recruitment data </li><li>Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately recorded and maintained in the (ATS).</li><li>Analyse recruitment data and dashboards to track key performance indicators such as time to hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, diversity metrics.</li><li>Provide regular and ad-hoc recruitment data insights to HR leads and business stakeholders to support data driven decision-making.</li><li>Support the continuous improvement and optimization of recruitment systems by identifying system enhancements and participating in UAT (user acceptance testing) where required.</li></ul><p></p></div></div> Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year
