Creators want to work with you because you treat them like collaborators, brief them clearly, and follow through on everything you promise

You have strong creative judgment - you can tell the difference between content that will move Fresh Prints' brand forward and content that just fills a deliverable

You are analytical enough to know what's actually working, not just what looks impressive in a deck

You are organized enough to manage a roster of 30+ creators across multiple simultaneous campaigns without anything slipping

You're scrappy. You know how to get outsized results from a lean influencer budget because you've had to

Requirements

2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field

Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram as both a marketer and a consumer - you use these platforms, you follow creators, you understand the culture

Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end: discovery, outreach, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance reporting

Experience negotiating with creators on rates, deliverables, and usage rights

Comfort with influencer management and analytics tools

Proven ability to manage a roster of multiple creators across simultaneous campaigns

Experience with or strong understanding of the Greek life / collegiate audience is a significant plus

At Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team.
