If you are passionate about advancing mission success through cutting-edge technologies and strategic thinking, we want to hear from you!</p><p></p><p>As an Information Management Analyst at KBR, you will play a critical role verifying data accuracy, maintaining existing content, and supporting ongoing updates to ensure information remains current, reliable, and usable. The Information Management Analyst will be supporting the maintenance and accuracy of the data and content used to support the Growth Operations Excellence (GOE) office under Mission Technology Solutions. You will work with senior team members to prevent data from becoming stale or outdated, identify gaps within existing processes, and implement practical scalable solutions for growth knowledge management.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Review, validate, and verify data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Perform routine data maintenance activities, including updates, corrections, and cleanup of existing content.</li><li>Support scheduled audits of data by identifying outdated, duplicate, or incomplete information.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to confirm source data and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Assist in monitoring data freshness and flag potential risks of stale or inaccurate information.</li><li>Support reporting on basic usage and data quality metrics as directed.</li><li>Learn and apply best practices for information management and data quality over time.</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to senior knowledge management staff as needed.</li><li>Partner with teams to automate extraction and normalization of data from disparate sources.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li><b>Location:</b> Remote</li><li><b>Travel Requirements:</b> Minimal 0-20%</li><li><b>Working Hours:</b> Standard</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology, or other related field</li><li>2 years of experience</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large sets of information.</li><li>Experience using Microsoft tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and Power BI.</li><li>Ability to follow defined processes and standards consistently.</li><li>Strong organizational and time‑management skills.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Internship, coursework, or entry‑level experience working with data, documentation, or content management.</li><li>Familiarity with SharePoint libraries, lists, or document management concepts.</li><li>Basic understanding of data quality, data validation, or information governance concepts.</li><li>Experience working in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.</li><li>Interest in knowledge management, operations, or systems support roles.</li><li>Process optimization, data visualization, and data analysis</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Basic Compensation:</b>  $64,000.00 - $96,000.00.</p><p></p><p>The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.</p><p></p><p><b>Additional Compensation:</b></p><p>KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
