Work From Home. Own the Relationship. Sell the Visit.

At Bath Fitter, this isn’t your typical call center role—and these aren’t cold calls.

Every lead you work with has already raised their hand—whether through a form fill, inbound call, or marketing campaign. Your role is to connect, build trust, and sell the value of the visit—earning the opportunity for our Sales Consultants to step into the home.

If you’re energized by people, thrive in high-volume environments, and know how to turn hesitation into “yes”—this is where you belong.

What Makes This Role Different

  • No cold calling — every lead is inbound and company-generated
  • You own your leads — no handoffs, no resets
  • You sell the appointment, not the product
  • Relationship-driven, not transactional

If a customer says “call me in 10 days”—you call them in 10 days. You build the relationship from first touch through appointment confirmation.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 100+ daily inbound and outbound interactions with energy and consistency
  • Schedule in-home and virtual consultations by positioning the value of the visit
  • Build trust quickly through active listening, empathy, and clear communication
  • Own your leads from start to finish—including follow-ups and callbacks
  • Perform rehash work—re-engage and convert previously unclosed opportunities
  • Confidently overcome objections, including saving cancelled appointments
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience across phone and chat
  • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining strong organization and accuracy
  • Track activity and performance in CRM tools
  • Continuously improve your approach, messaging, and results

Who You Are (What Success Looks Like)

You’re not just “good on the phone”—you know how to connect, influence, and close.

  • Charismatic, empathetic, and articulate
  • High, consistent energy—you show up the same on call #100 as call #1
  • Sales-oriented and customer experience driven
  • Naturally overcome objections—you don’t avoid them, you lean in
  • Strong in active listening—you hear what others miss
  • Build trust quickly with a diverse customer base
  • Self-sufficient and adaptable—you can pivot when the script breaks down
  • Growth mindset—you want feedback, coaching, and improvement
  • Confident, not aggressive—you influence without pressure

What You Bring

  • 1–2+ years in call center, inside sales, or high-volume customer-facing roles
  • Proven success in a performance-driven, metrics-based environment
  • Experience handling high call volume with consistency and quality
  • Demonstrated ability in objection handling and influencing decisions
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and dedicated workspace
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shift variations

What You Get

  • Competitive hourly pay + uncapped commission + incentives
  • Shift premiums for evenings and weekends
  • Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance
  • 401K + Profit Sharing
  • Paid Holidays, PTO, and Mobile Days
  • Career growth—we promote from within
